Any insight on Clark Lea, reported new LB coach

Does anyone know much about him or if he is a good recruiter? Also, have they decided on the DL coach yet? I thought all the other positions have been filled but might have missed where they named the new DL coach.

Elko's defense is linebacker oriented and Lea coached his LBs at Wake. He in his mid 30's and should have the energy for recruiting.

He has his work cut out for him. ND lb's were horrible last year. He needs to teach tackling and blitz techniques so ND gets some sacks and turnovers this season.
