Just read on ESPN that former ND D-lineman Anthony Weaver has been promoted to take the Defensive Coordinator position with the Houston Texans. He will take over from Romeo Crennel. Way to go Anthony!

I think you guys remember that Romeo was the DC for the Pats when CW was the OC. Didn't they both leave the Pats at the same time? CW to ND and Romeo became the HC at Cleveland? Something like that.

And they were re-united in Kansas City in 2010. Weis would be known as a very successful coach if he'd stayed an NFL coordinator.
