How was that not a fumble? Was his hand moving forward? The ball went backwards and didn’t look deflected.
I think Texas should fall behind ND with a loss. Soundly beat at home by Georgia then if they lose again to the same team without their starting QB in the second half, you should probably drop…maybe even behind PSU as well if PSU loses close.
That was a poor series by UGA. They could have if not put the game away, put Texas on their heels for sure. And now it's a 7 point lead.

I have no dog in this fight. But the officiating seems tipped marginally enough for Georgia, especially on the holding calls. Just noting it.

It seemed like they weren’t throwing downfield with the backup…maybe that’s why.
Yeah, he's been extremely suspect IMO. Beck is injured, right? Because he's definitely better than his replacement. Even if he was struggling 1st half.
I really think it comes down to if SMU can beat Clemson. SMU wins, Bama in. SMU loses close, SMU stays in or at least should.
I think Bama should only get in if SMU gets smacked. Even then, I still might not agree with that.
