I think Golson played in a more controlled environment(game plan) than at ND . At ND Golson was expected to do more .At FSU ,Coach Fisher kept it simple with the relatively short passing game and the running of Cook . Without the Texas St and Louisville scores ,Florida State only averaged about 24 points in the other 5 games . Golson and the offense seemed a little limited even with their great running back ,Cook? Never really opened up the offense .And with the miscues(interception) it finally caught up with Fisher and Golson ?
