How is K-State #12 in the nation? They have played only 3 current top 25 teams (Tulane, Texas, and TCU) and lost to every one. Outside of beating up on the Oklahoma schools (which both are down this year) what have they done?

I’m not saying ND is without its blemishes, but their resume is a little more impressive (two current Top 20 wins; one of which is a top 10). But I guess it doesn’t matter much in the grand scheme of life. After everything plays out, if they win at the Colosseum this Saturday, it should put them in the top 10 by season’s end. A loss, and it didn’t matter anyway.

100% agree.

No idea why they have them so high

A 2 word answer -- Marshall and Stanford! As good as ND has played against ranked teams, this will haunt them all year unfortunately. Now, knocking off USC will finally carry weight, and then winning a bowl game.

I agree, the Marshall and Stanford games are killing us. And looking like crap against Cal, UNLV and the second half of Navy doesn’t help.

My gripe isn't that K-State is ranked higher than Notre Dame-- I don't think Notre Dame is a top 12 team at this point in the season. However a win against USC in the Colosseum, and that opinion will change drastically.

My gripe is how is K-State ranked that high. Period. I just don't follow the logic there; but then again, I am not in those meetings so I don't know the discussions that occur behind closed doors.

Why is Ohio St 54. & Mich.74 In the top 4 there SOS is trash, Dawgs in the 40s, Wife's a Dawg fan watched everyone of there games, my money is on LSU. It will be good when the playoffs expands.
