I was born in the summer of ‘93 so I don’t count that ‘93 team. This is the most athletic, and strongest ND team in over 20 years

The 1924 ND team was the most athletic team of my life. They went 10-0 baby! Out scored opponents 258-54. Beat Stanford in the Rose. Started the season with two shut outs against Lombard and Wabash. Beat Army in NY in what I told my Grandpa at the time it would be a great idea having these NY games so the rich east coast alums don't have to be bothered going to South Bend and maybe we can call it the Shamrock series. Grandpa said it was the dumbest idea I ever had. Old Gramps reminded me of that idea at last night's game and we had a good laugh.
