He is becoming a very good head coach. He was a very good DC. That's why before ND hired him as the Head Coach, he could have become the DC at a bunch of other top level programs. He is incompetent from xs and Os .. that’s obvious.. he hired two great coordinators, so he can be a ceo, what he can be great at
I’m hoping Spindler can hang on to the job so he doesn’t transfer after the year. It would be huge for ND if he and Coogan come back along with everyone.
Oh ..you hurt my feelings. 😜Nope. I'm right and you are wrong. And I'm done talking to you.
What channel is Texas onVanderbilt up 7-0 on Texas. Missouri driving on Alabama while down 3-0.
Tougher than BKs. So I'll take the improvementHopefully he keeps up 26-8 with easy schedules?
No....our offense wasn't sloppyAgree… sloppy both sides
Nope. I'm right and you are wrong. And I'm done talking to you.You are spouting BS. He stunk and didn't like to work at his job. It had nothing to do with Urban liar. Props to ND for getting rid of him.
Gee, he's what? 38 years old? He's a newbie and he's smart enough to hire excellent coordinators. What's he supposed to do? Try to do it all by himself? He is incompetent from xs and Os .. that’s obvious.. he hired two great coordinators, so he can be a ceo, what he can be great at
You are spouting BS. He stunk and didn't like to work at his job. It had nothing to do with Urban liar. Props to ND for getting rid of him. That's what people like you, who get your news from message boards, which get their news from other message boards, like to believe. Willingham did okay at Stanford, and I think he even had a winning record against Davie. He dragged ND into the mid-1980s by introducing the West Coast offense. He had an ass-backward recruiting philosophy, which I think he brought with him from Stanford, which was to focus narrowly on a small number of prospects. And he obviously did not understand that Notre Dame. unlike Stanford, took its rivalry games seriously.
Notre Dame canned him because they thought they could hire Urban Meyer. Period.
