Angeli will likely start the year and ND will go from there
Jaywalking crime.Playing ineligible players is an offense that automatically vacates games. It is a significantly worse offense, and therefore draws a significantly harsher penalty. It is like the difference between an illegal motion penalty and a roughing the passer with targeting penalty.
Joe Alt and his NFL dad made the correct decision to skip the Sun Bowl.Maybe they did. Maybe they didn't. You or I or anyone would never know as the coach would never publicly come out and say it if they didnt. So that comment meant shit. And no one cares that you supported it
I hate to pile on, but he's right. You have been one of the biggest offenders here. You're a USC troll and have sh!tposted and flamed multiple threads this season alone. Take several seats Dennis.
Notre Dame was punished for driving 60 in a 55 mph zone, where the DOT had just changed the speed limit to 65 but hadn't gotten around to changing the signs yet.Playing ineligible players is an offense that automatically vacates games. At Miami. Game 1. Going with a redshirt freshman QB with zero CFB game experience will make many fans a tad nervous.Minchey had all season to overtake Angeli and couldn't do it, and yet here you are calling for Minchey over Angeli like you know something the coaching staff doesn't. If Carr is healthy, he and Angeli will be vying for the starting role. there's a good chance Minchey will be the odd man out and transfer out come spring unless he makes significant strides.
Be prepared to be disappointed at the qb position next season.
Yeah, man. That's what I do. I defend evil because other evil did it first. I know this isn't easy for you guys. With the NCAA collapsing all around you. And having to stare in the face of what it was all this time. But there will be no going back to the way it used to be.so you defend evil because other evil did it first. Great moral fibre there.
And what fo you believe is the percentage of the big money types in the top 100 teams.....honest question...just curiousMorally bankrupt... that's me. And the big money types? I guess that means the athletes. College football players, big money types!

Freeman recently said there is no plan to go to the portal this year for a QB; I hope that hasn't changed. Ewers is overrated in my eyes. Not big or particularly mobile. Doesn't have a particularly strong arm. Slow to process the field, though he usually makes good decisions. UT fans are mostly clamoring for Arch Manning, though some of that may be the shiny new toy syndrome. It is a near certainty that Manning will start next year, so Ewers will either be playing somewhere else or holding a clipboard in the NFL. There is no way Ewers will go in the first round of the NFL draft, IMO. He can probably make more NIL money than he will get in the NFL next year.
I am a little concerned about CJ Carr's elbow injury. I read he fractured his right elbow during a practice in September and hasn't done much throwing since then. I suppose a fracture is better than a UCL injury, but I don't know enough about elbow fractures to know whether the injury will be a long-term concern. While I like Steve Angeli, he doesn't move the needle for me. Either Carr or Minchey will have to be the man next year.
I was just following the lead from the post I was answering to. I had the class in 1963. A long time ago.Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche…..they could have at least attempted to get his name correct in those classes.
Well stated. That was my High School experience too, but the 4 major sport (football, baseball, wrestling, and basketball) recieved speal tutoring during the season so not to disturb trying for the season.
It was a very disciplined structure.
Wrestling which I excelled at is a very demanding sport with tournaments and multiple dual meets continuously happening, and tutors would be there every step to keep us up with the semester.
There were times I seen my tutors more than I seen my family
so you defend evil because other evil did it first. Great moral fibre there. It's true though. That's the 'master morality'. That was like, his big gift to social criticism and proto-psychology. He's not really a philosopher per se. And you see it on full display with CFB fans. They don't care about reality, reality's what they want it to be. Or morality is whatever they want it to be, if you prefer. Whatever suits them. Because this situation is not subtle, and almost not even fit for reasonable discussion or disagreement. That's how blatant and utterly undeniable the NCAA's rank exploitation has been, with a paper trail of incriminating evidence, and legally, philosophically, morally, they're just completely dead in the water. There's no gray area. No ethical wiggle room. But it doesn't matter to these guys, and they just defend it anyway. And that's the master morality. It's morally right because I want to be right.
at least you admit itMorally bankrupt... that's me. And the big money types? I guess that means the athletes. College football players, big money types!
No they are not.Ha… we went after multiple. Literally every reporter and insider is stating it
