Urban Meyer to Texas

Urban would win anywhere. Had he kept it together, Jacksonville would be a top 5 team this coming season.

I don’t think so. His eye for talent still the best, and his drafting would have been terrific. But not as a coach

The pro’s immediately resisted his arrogant attitude and decision making, and him bringing in Tebow really backfired. They called him out on it. His approach not suited for grown professionals.

He needs to stay retired and work on his marriage!!! No more lap dances... just stating the obvious...

In the United States, between 35%-50% of first-time marriages end in divorce, increasing to approximately 60% for second marriages and 70+% for marriages after the second.

Agreed----it's a different game completely in the NFL.

HC just doesn't have the control he has in CFB.
Also, in CFB, recruiting's a big part of it, which Meyer was very good at. But in the NFL, he doesn't have a big talent advantage over most of his opponents, like he did in college.

No under the table money games. NFL has a hard salary cap. No team can monopolize all the talent with envelopes of cash & skipping class. Hate to give him credit but Poodle Pete Carroll rebounded well in Seattle after the Jets debacle. Saban & Urban & Holtz all stunk in the NFL

If 45% of all marriages end in divorce, that means 65% ends in death. Either way you are screwed.
