Appreciate the ownership there. Many on this board won't do that.

As for Fickell, yikes that is bad. Maybe we'll see him on the ND sidelines as an assistant coach sooner than later.

Freeman hasn't been great but I would still take him over Luke

I won't go deep into this topic of coaching. But even some good coaches have trouble being when given all the resources. How about Jimbo F, never mind Fickell?

Speaks loudly to the challenges of BK and MF at ND.

Again, I boil it down to getting the best talent, all things being equal. A coach can make the whole only somewhat greater than the sum of the parts. This applies to pretty much every sport.
