I watched it. Wake Forest had around 6 TFLs in the first half alone. They looked very sound and aggressive. The Deacons' QB went down in the third quarter, so they had trouble moving the ball in the second half. Consequently, WF's defense was on the field for much of the second half. They still had some big plays to keep Temple out of the endzone.

Yeah, they held temple to 396 yards in the air,
-20 on the ground, 4 sacks and 13 tfl
The game was yawn worthy. PS Rhule being gone helped wake...
Temple had 4 fgs....

Nah, it was all 'Andrew Luck style' in the 2nd half (Temple had to pass every play to try to come back, lotta yards, but only 1 td)

Seriously, anything is an upgrade over bvg/kelly.
Hudson stepped in and tried to cobble something together.... very unfair situation caused by ineptitude at the top...
