I hope during the bye week they work in the backup center and replace Sam Mustipher. I can't remember so many snap issues mid-season. At 2-5 time to start preparing for next season and getting those guys live action.

Do you know how rare it is to have a 4 hear starter on the OL? Dude is a redshirt frosh, outside of Sam Young I can't remember the last time someone went 4 years. Stanley would have done it.

I agree. Move Mustipher to right guard.

This is Mustipher's first year as a starter - if he improves, assume
he will keep his job.

Learned a team lesson from a hockey coach years ago......"Never put yourself (within a game) where a bad break or a bad (officials) call will kill you" - although a contributing factor, Mustipher's bad snap was not the only reason ND lost yet another game they had no business losing.

Sam isn't the only O Lineman that needs to have a real hard look at. I am sure that no one feels worse about the snaps than Sam. This is more than chemistry among the OL. There are major break downs impairing the rushing game and rushing DKs throws.

DK takes a lot of sacks because he will not throw to secondary receivers. Tommy Rees was only sacked once in 2013 because of good oline play but most of all because he got the ball away instead of taking a sack.
