Tom Rees ruined Buchner at ND and Bama. Milroe looks lightyears better without him. Went to Cleveland as passing game cord and TE coach, Browns will be drafting top five and the offense is pitiful. Yet he keeps getting great gigs.

Yes, he’s a terrible coach regarding development and execution, but has a good football mind. You need both
Rees is not the passing game coordinator according to the Browns website. They’ve only played four games so far. Maybe they’ll get it turned around. Should it really all be put on Rees?
Milroe had pretty good numbers last year for a redshirt sophomore. Buchner only played in two games at Alabama.

Two reputable coaches...one being GOAT.....evaluated Rees and decided to hire him at a high level on their coaching staff. While the record at both schools wasn't championship level...it wasn't swiss cheese either. I think Rees' potential is better than the results thus far in his coaching career....which is actually brief. I think its too early to render judgement.
Yeah, I don't think Milroe did that bad last year at Bama under Rees at all. Quite the contrary. If anything he emerged as a passer last season, when he came in more of a raw dual threat guy.
