Who did not get into ND even with a 4.0 GPA and 2400 SAT score because the players took their spots? I wonder if the players walk around campus after such an embarrassment self-conscious about being considered a part of the student body when they got in with a 2.4 GPA and a 1400 SAT score. If they can't win, they should not be there.
Either lower the admissions so they can recruit the players that can compete or raise the standards to what is required of regular students so it is fair. Raising the standards won't make that much of a difference on the field based on what happened today.
