Because ND had only 55 yards rushing on 37 carries vs. Georgia my guess is opponents will do everything they can to stuff the run and force ND to throw. Georgia had 12 penalties for 126 yards and those penalties gave ND many of their 3rd down conversions. Therefore, any team that can avoid the horrendous number of penalties that Georgia had, has a reasonable chance of forcing the Irish to punt.
The other thing is ND opponents need to work on directional punting in order to keep the Irish pinned deep in their own territory with little chance of a run back.
Will ND opponents crowd the line and stuff the run? After the Georgia game you would think so. Even ND's lesser opponents will stand a fighting chance if the ND passing game doesn't improve and loosen up the running game.
