It looks like he is in tbe transfer portal and ND did recruite him. He will have to sit a year. What happened at Michigan and ND could always use another good wide out

He had a MAJOR freshman year but I don't think he returned with the same explosiveness. If he regains form he could be an absolute steal though. If I was BK I would bite. Especially given the lack of upside at the position right now outside of maybe Jordan Johnson.
