A pulling OL just leveled a Penn St player and put his helmet into the side of Penn St helmet / ear hole. Isn’t that targeting when you lower head? I’ve seen 2-3 ND games where targeting was called for less

Can anyone recall an offensive player being called for targeting? It appears to only apply to defensive players.

In years past Louisville and Tennessee both had oline blocking called for targeting. I do remember a rb carrying the ball called for it but can’t find it online.
