The new Rivals100 is out, and there wasn't much movement with Notre Dame targets and commits. Cincinnati (Ohio) Elder four-star offensive tackle Tommy Kraemer, who has been committed to Notre Dame since last October, fell from the No. 31 prospect to the No. 34 in the country, but remains as the No. 3 offensive tackle in the class.
