STORY: Irish offer Elysee Mbem-Bosse

Notre Dame extended an offer to Ellenwood (Ga.) Cedar Grove three-star linebacker Elysee Mbem-Bosse on Sunday. Mbem-Bosse, who was born in Cameroon and lived in London, named a top three at one point of N.C. State, Alabama and LSU, but his coach thinks that will change.
