Like you said the trainer and connections felt it was best not to run. That’s fine. It’s their horse etc.
My Opinion from a fans perspective is we want to see the best compete . There is nothing like going into the Belmont stakes with a triple crown on the line. The aura is something special.
It made me appreciate the owners of American Pharoah even more so when they decided after his historic triple crown win that the owner was dedicating his campaign to the fans and the sport to run him in the Haskell , Travers and breeders cup classic and finish out his career. Not just retire him instantly.
In a boring offseason on a football message board it’s good to see some posts and movement on a stagnant board. Even though I wish some of us could have dialogue without the personal attacks.
Again just my OPINION. Just like everyone else is entitled to their opinion. Can’t wait for fall camp to start. Go Irish.

And Baffert would have never let that colt skip the Preakness.

Normy was one of my favorite TV characters. He and Cliff played great foils to each other.

You probably know this, but George Wendt (Norm) attended ND until he was expelled from school after recording a 0.00 GPA the first semester of his junior year. That is hard to do. "Wendt recalled in 2016 'I basically quit and didn't inform the university. I'd moved off campus my junior year, and I didn't think it through. I didn't have a car. It was cold. I never went to class.'" But he didn't quit; in 1971 he was graduated from Rockhurst College in Kansas City, MO with a BA in economics.

If you guys want to watch a try to life thoroughbred movie “ Ruffian “ was amazing They did an awesome job with the film.
Also capice I heard rumors that the track won’t be the same size as the original.
