Good question, but I do believe that they can change the down post snap

I dont think they changed anything. It was 2nd and 10 right? However, I do think the clock was off by about 5 seconds.

so Navy snapped and clocked the ball after the first down and then they stopped the game and said the play was under review and reset the clock … maybe a clock correction can occur but they did stop the gsme to review it upstairs

I don’t think that’s what happed. They where reviewing the down, which was 2nd and distance, which was 10 yards.
