There was a series that Rivals was doing that involved each states top 10 recruits by stars/rankings. I believe they did Cali, Texas, Georgia, Alabama and Florida. I figured they were going to cover more states but have yet to see anything. Did I miss the additional states or did Rivals main writers just decide to focus on their bias on the southern states and California? Figured Ohio, Pennsylvania and Louisiana would make prime candidate states as well.
