Following its bye week, Notre Dame football is set to compete at home vs. Pittsburgh which gives the Irish an opportunity to host their fifth recruiting weekend of the season.

The coaching staff is expected to welcome six 2024 commits and four 2025 targets on Saturday. For the full breakdown, check out the visitors preview and our running visitors list thread.

I caught up with Notre Dame 2025 offensive line prospect Jack Lange ahead of his trip. He is 6-foot-8, 275 pounds and has nine total offers from Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kansas State, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska and Vanderbilt. He is not currently rated or ranked.

Lange attends Eureka (Mo.) High and is friends with 2025 four-star running back commit Justin Thurman, who used to live in Missouri before moving to Tampa (Fla.).

His contact with Notre Dame has been with recruiting analyst Dre Brown. This will be Lange's first Notre Dame game.

"I’m super pumped to see the offensive line up close so I can see what they do and I will try to implement it into my game," Lange told Inside ND Sports. "I know how prestigious Notre Dame is and how deep their history is rooted."

Lange's latest offer came from Vanderbilt on Thursday. We saw the Irish extend an offer to 2025 four-star tight end Linkon Cure during his visit earlier this month for the USC game. Depending on what offensive line coach Joe Rudolph thinks of Lange, he could be added to the 2025 board that currently consists of targets Owen Strebig, Matty Augustine, Easton Ware, Will Black and Michael Roeske.

"An offer from Notre Dame would mean everything," Lange said. "My dad has been a lifelong Notre Dame fan and it has rubbed off on me in a way. I also value my academics and want to get a degree in the long run and I know I can get one there."
