Riley Leonard looking to transfer?

Mack Brown has recruited really well had a heisman QB got off to a hot start & the team imploded. Hasnt delivered yet. This seems to be a yearly occurence.
Mack Brown and Texas defeated USC to win the national title in 2005 in arguably the best CFB game I have ever watched.

Thank You, Mack.

He usually has a lot of talented offensive skill players on his teams, but mediocre defenses.

Great game, great year

In every other single season that Mack has been at UT and UNC, he has underachieved as compared to his roster talent. Every other year, do some reading

Mack Brown will be 73-years-old soon, and he makes well into 7 figures annually to coach a game.

God blessed the man. Good for him.

Didn’t comment on his annual compensation. He is well paid. And he is a helluva nice guy. God Bless him as well.

Sticking with the counterpoint made about overpaid coaches, the argument you are failing to make while you deflect to $$$…..UNC realizes they are not getting the ROI they envisioned. Not close

The state of North Carolina eats, lives, and breathes basketball.

The University of North Carolina cares as much about CFB as the University of Indiana does. Not a whole lot.

Mack Brown etched his legacy in 2005. In a state where CFB is a religion.

And you are right.

Mack Brown is a good dude.

Except 2009 - they played Alabama for the title that year. If Colt McCoy hadn't gone down very early in the game, I think they might've had a chance in that one.

Two Big12 titles was not all that great considering UT's talent advantage.

Again…UNC doesn’t have “well into the 7 figures” to throw away. If they didn’t care about football they wouldn’t have hired Mack
