I was watching FS1 and they were talking about the "Busch Push," and how it isn't called anymore.
Has this rule been changed or just neglected?

On a side note it's funny watching Matt Leinart squirm around the question / answer

Based on the rule at the time, it was clearly illegal, but almost never called. I believe they changed the rule several years ago, as teams pushing the pile is seen in every game.

The rule has officially been changed and made legal.

It's very clear now you can push the pile of ball carrier.

You can't PULL the pile.

Picks are illegal and almost never called like Clemson's win last year and ND's win vs FSU. Oh, wait....

John Carlson was penalized for signaling a first down after a catch. I've see that millions of times since with no flag. What gives? Also, targeting seems to be called sometimes with the most serious of intentions and other times not called with nothing to see here intentions.

Disney = Left = ESPN = Money = Corruption = Hatred = Catholics = ND = No Money if ND wins. Just a guess though
