I've not watched Boise much, but have seen a few Penn State games. My guess is Penn State wins comfortably. Maybe 12+ points.

Boise State is lucky not be down by a lot more. Penn State seems bigger, faster, and more athletic. I just don't see the Broncos making this competitive.
