My only concern is for instance :
We have a perceived starting 5 o line.
The other guys who are just as talented but are running 2 nd string.
Transfer out leaving us with no depth which is so important now more than ever since we’re playing 16 games to win the NC.
That includes all the positions in the team.
Freeman is really going to have to work to make these kids believe next man in is one play away. Stay committed. , stay focused.
You are one play away from starting , just look at this past season for proof.

In this day and age roster retention becomes another variation of actual recruiting. You will fight harder to retain some players than you will others. Best thing is to be perfectly honest with the player. Giving them false hope benefits no one. Players themselves have a pretty good feel for their own personal situation roster wise.
