Maybe you don't know this but prosecutors prosecute crimes. Planting false stories isn't a crime. Getting wiki leaks to relates stuff isn't a crime. If they tried to hack Clinton website that is a crime but you would need a special prosecutor for that.
In order for a foreign power to have decided the election they would have had to hack into the voting machines

It wouldn't surprise me in the least if he's done business in Russia but one thing he hasn't gotten was 38 million dollars donated to his charity from Russia like the Clinton Foundation did
