Finland has to be one of the easiest countries to govern in the world. A homogenous population about half as populous of the state of New Jersey. Natural resources out the wazoo. Virtually no crime. Not at all comparable to the US.

Not that there is anything wrong with that. But how can they maintain their population ? Through immigration?
