I will be looking to see
if the ND offense will be affected by the recent "blowup"
if the TE becomes part of the offense again W/Claypool on passing downs
if some continuity is established at running back to make the run attack more proficient.
and a far more physical offensive line: space eaters and grave diggers.
if the new defensive scheme is noticeably discernable
if the defense can keep offensive plays in front of them and close quickly to tackle
if the DL can hold at the point of attack.
if the DL can get a few 'hurries'
And how many stops w/o surrendering points will the D manage.
How does the staff conduct themselves on the sidlines. Is there mutual respect between players and coaches.
If an early break goes against ND will the team withstand that and regroup, and how will Kelly respond to any early error of execution, will he maintain composure.
This is not a big game nationally, but it has become an important game.
