Per Matt Fortuna, former Michigan co-OC Matt Weiss is facing a 24-count indictment alleging 14 counts of unauthorized access to computers + 10 counts of aggravated ID theft.If convicted, Weiss faces a max of 5 years on each count of unauthorized access to computers and 2 years on each count of aggravated ID theft.
