ON3 has the consensus of the 4 major recruiting boards, 247, ESPN, Rivals and ON3. Plus 247 jocks ND way too hard and I can't stand Driskell. I have no clue what "composite" means on 247 but ON3 shows what each recruiting board has the player ranked and then gives a consensus.
