MBB vs Radford tonight ACC network 8 pm

Win or lose, we don't look like a very good team. With all the experience we have, I was expecting better

Remember the best year we had was early on playing in the ACC with players from the Big East.
Since we've had only ACC players...we're in direct competition for the doormat. Yearly.
This was a dumb move on all levels.
Girls BB... like UCONN doesn't need the ACC
Football most definitely doesn't...
Baseball...we play a lot of mac teams regardless so who cares. Soccer...we were always good in soccer and continue on with that.
Hockey...
We play big ten.
So all the BS hoops we jump through just to get a home for the mbb team.

Relax it’s one game, we are starting two highly rated freshmen, and we won. We are coming off a great finish in last years tournament . ND is a strong offensive team, poor rebounding and spotty defense, that is Mike Brey basketball, it has nothing to do with conference. We are actually recruiting well again … this program is not a powerhouse but it is cyclically competitive. Let’s maybe play a few games and see what happens. Marquette best Radford by 10 BTW, they weren’t wide eyed playing us.

Frankly I am not sure winning was best in this case; losing might have shaken things up.
Reality is not defined in one game, there will actually be more and our young players will improve … be smarter, the sky is not yet falling. Stupid comment to root for a loss as if that somehow “shakes things up” - I hope you don’t coach kids.
