OMG they are bad. They have lost all confidence. Cannot pass or play any defense at all. They are so slow on D and on offense very sloppy in fundamentals and setting screens and picks. Had to change channel because it hurt my head

Yeah let's just shoot a 3 with the last possession of OT. tie game. Great idea! I gotta give MB credit for him bringing us back but play smart please.
Notice how only Burton and Davis could score in OT….the other three were like orange cones on offensive possessions.
The men's program has not been worth much since Digger Phelps left.

You could have Danny Hurley be the head coach and IMO not a whole lot would change.
It's odd because traditionally, ND has had very good basketball teams. We are still in 8th place for most wins behind teams like Kentucky, Kansas, North Carolina, and Duke.
I remember when Digger's teams started to go downhill, he said publicly that one of his biggest problems was that when he recruited players they wanted to know how much Notre Dame was willing to pay them. You'd think with NIL and revenue sharing that money would no longer be a problem.
I'd also think that with the success of the women's program, the administration would care and put a little effort into the men's team.
