Notre Dame men’s basketball 2024 shooting guard target Sir Mohammed jumped up 17 spots in the latest Rivals rankings for the 2024 recruiting class. The rankings were updated Tuesday.
The 6-foot-6, 200-pound recruit is now ranked No. 56 overall in the 2024 class. He was previously ranked No. 73.
Mohammed, the son of former NBA center Nazr Mohammed, just wrapped up his official visit to Notre Dame Monday.
The Charlotte (N.C.) Myers Park product reports 23 offers and is receiving the most attention from Marquette, Notre Dame, Stanford, Villanova and Virginia Tech.
Mohammed has an upcoming official visit scheduled with the Hokies in July. He also took an official visits to Marquette earlier this month, and Stanford and Penn State last fall.
Head Coach Micah Shrewsberry conducted an in-home visit with Mohammed this spring.
