all I know is cnn was talking about the so called trump scandal whenever I would turm them on this morning while fox was talking about the attack. maybe I just missed the cnn coverage of the Manchester attack

Meanwhile, ISIS beheads Coptic Christians, including children, and that was barely news worthy and it's been long since forgotten.
Not really relevant to this issue. For what it's worth, I've seen more outrage from people on this board about students walking out on Pence than I did for Coptic Christians.
I have brought up things like Dafur on this forum on occaision; my guess is that the 'walkers' have no idea where it is! They need a 'cause', that is one for them!
There are awful things happening every day in the world. We've become desensitized to most of it.
When I was at Notre Dame, there were many talks given on Darfur. It was front and center of a lot of students' minds. They're brighter than you give them credit for.
Why don't you go to campus and see for yourself?
Concerned students don't need to be worried about every issue in order to be worried about one specific issue.
What part of a former national intelligence adviser lying to feds, working for Turkey/Russia is ok with you? What part is ok with you that this man was only fired when sh*t hit the fan? What part is ok that the transition team knew the man was under FBI investigation but hired him anyway?

I have been worried about the security at the stadium when fans are let in. They check the bags but not the person and what may be under that October / November coat. Don't know what's up with that but I think the head of security better open his or her eyes.

You have it exactly right. The big questions are
1.how do we rid the world of this evil that is Radical Islam, and 2. How do we protect our country ?
President Trump is absolutely correct that the Muslim religion must destroy the "cancer " within their
own countries and regions.
I also think that it is time that President Trump with a ruling by ( I don't think the 9th Circuit will
Rule in Trump's favor ) the Supreme Court in no uncertain terms rule " The President has the right
to stop all immigration from any and all countries that he feels pose a threat to our country.
I also think that it is time to stop the " Circus " and the distractions of all these Committees
And investigations on the Russian interference in our elections. If there is a crime, then the FBI ,CIA,
Etc. have a duty to " State exactly what crime has been committed " !
Before a Special Counsel or Special Prosecutor can be appointed there must be a Specific Crime that he is appointed to investigate ? It seems absolutely absurd that the assistant AD appointed a
Special Counsel to investigate a crime that at this point in time is non existent?
The real crime ( a law actually on the books ) is the Leaking of Classified Information. That is the crime that must and should be investigated and prosecuted.
I think further that it is time that the Democrats stop trying to tear the country apart and doing everything in their power to destroy a newly lawfully elected President.
North Korea is on the verge of being able to attack not only our allies with a nuclear weapon,
but also the United States. Iran is also a major threat , and Radical Islam is an enemy within our own borders
That must be rooted out.
Time to admit that we are at war and President Trump is a war time president. It is time to give him 100 % support to win the war and protect our home land!

The 9th Circuit would rule against Trump if he said the sky was blue. They have become a national joke to everyone who doesn't live on the west coast.

Terrorists attacks are designed to produce outrage and undermine the public's confidence in their government's ability to defend them. When we direct outrage provoked by these attacks toward each other, we accomplish precisely what they intended. We should all refuse to aid their efforts.
The thing is an outrage isn't being produced at the terrrorists. The outrage is at the people who call out why the terrorism is happening

No I'm being 100% literal. Us on the right basically want to shut down immigration from Middle East. The left in Europe has sacrificed safety for tolerance and diversity (Merkel). Radical Islamic ideology can only "destroy" or weaken America with the help of those who want more than anything to be tolerant of the people whom the big bad racist republicans seem to not want in America.

Rely on your intelligence and law enforcement to catch these people before they attack. To do this and allow our agencies to do the best job possible we need to take the handcuffs off and let them do what's necessary to get the job done. No more politically correct crap, or being worried about offending someone and losing their job. And if caught before an act of violence is carried out sentence them to life in prison.
