Louisville on Peacock only

No. We also do not get ESPN or any cable channels. Those same channels licence their content to Canadian providers. The issue is not everything gets picked up. Lots of Peacock programming is picked up and rebroadcast on various networks. I have an IPTV box and get thousands of channels from the around the world in addition to my cable package which does include over the air USA channels such as NBC etc.
Ok, I see. I guess I figured streaming services could be gotten anywhere, if you just downloaded the app and were willing to pay for it. I guess not.

No...geo blocked usually if someone else owns the rights...even if not showing. A VPN would / should work though.

Nearby / Oakville. I have an IPTV box so usually not an issue but a trip to the Irish Embassy would be a nice change.
Have a Guiness for me...long drive from Sudbury for a game...god, I miss civilization

This is only the start.

Today, one high-profile game

Tomorrow, two high profile games

And the progression won’t end there
Yes. It started with G5 opponents. Now it's a P5 opponent, soon it will be a marquis matchup under the lights.

So what? It is less than the price of a Big Mac value meal ONCE per year. You could start a GoFundMe to raise the necessary funds.
You don't get it. It's not about me. It's about the millions of people that truly can't afford it. Notre Dame built a national brand, and it would be nice if they kept their games accessible to EVERYONE.

My mother bless her soul ordered a free trial somehow of Peacock, watched the game, then cancelled. It's not that difficult.

I imagine there are a lot of senior citizens out there who don't even use streaming, either - not necessarily because of cost, but because of not being very adept with modern technology.

I think this is more of a thing than people not being able to afford it

I paid $6/month for Peacock throughout the basketball season - Purdue was on Peacock about once a month - and then called to cancel in April. They offered me a deal for $1 for 6 months to stay subscribed, so I did. That isn't $1/month for six months, it's $1 for the entire 6 months.

Yeah, yeah. And a lot of people can't afford a television set!

Go to a friend's house who can afford it. Or go to a pub.

Time moves on and the only constant is change. Learn to embrace it.
