Looking Forward to 2019

Optimist boy is ready to usurp yet another deserving playoff team with your special media hype.

It's not going to be special media hype that keeps Georgia out of the playoff in 2019. It's going to be the Irish marching to the sea like Sherman and beating the Dawgs in their pound. You have almost a year to look forward to it.

Redemption for this loss takes place next year vs Georgia.

Any ideas on a way too early dept chart..offense, defense, ST?

Only guys leaving from the looks of it are Mustipher, Mack, Williams, Coney, Tranquill, Bonner and Tillery... ND should return 7 starters on defense and 8 on offense.

They'll be solid again. A 10-2 or better type of team. No chance against a Clemson or Alabama team next year. That's already known given who they have coming back.

Is Ian the solid starter for 2019 or will there be an honest QB competition with Phil for the job? I heard on a ND radio show this past week that the offense has big things planned for Avery in 2019. Getting him much more involved.

Phil is not ready. Mechanics are still poor. He has the potential to throw the ball down field
