New Offer: DB Lamar Jackson

Notre Dame has extended an offer to Elk Grove (Calif.) Franklin four-star defensive back Lamar Jackson. Jackson, who was named to the new Rivals100 on Monday, had been wanting to land an offer from the Irish for a while now.

"When they offer, they're definitely going to be near the top," Jackson told Blue & Gold Illustrated back on May 11.

The 6-3, 207-pound defensive back also holds offers from Michigan, UCLA, USC and Arizona State.
