actually there are rumors that he was silently committed to UM and then went public to Bama. Thats partly it sounds like, why UM isnt recruiting him that hard like we are.

NH----I'm with you on this. Not sure how Stanley is grading out but sure made many "mental" errors this season......and seeing some missed blocks on TV. Jaylon has a great personality, looks like an amazing athlete.....but still misses many tackles and has not yet "won" a game with a dominating performance.

I could be wrong, but I thought I read somewhere that Jaylon is on track to graduate in the Spring.
We were very surprised that Hayes decommitted. Hayes who has had multiple shoulder injuries and is very unlikely to play again this year. I am sure your coaches are aware of this.
KI35, replied on wrong thread! I suggested that Bob Golic and Steve Heimkreiter (sp?) may have been the best LB class. They were incredible together, and I thought they were in the same class, but TWalsh has suggested that perhaps they were a year apart. That's my best shot, but recognize that point in time is one thing, and comparing across decades another. Not sure how they would stack up against even last year's LB haul, as kids are bigger and stronger and faster, etc...

It appears that both Kareem and Hayes could end up as DE's which would be by far the programs greatest area of need. I watched a month ago the Texas ND game Montana's jr yr when ND butchered Texas . Ross Browner was simply amazing - he dictated the outcome of the game -- a big time pass rusher is just what the Irish need moving forward . It would be amazing to get two of them

KI35, area of need for sure. Don't want to get ahead of myself, but damn that would be a great haul, and I hope Gilmore is involved and a major reason if either or both sign up. We desperately need some elite DL and DE in particular to want to play for Gilmore in the same way Harry is appealing to OL.

just read elsewere that hayes is having a great time. read that a bunch of irish fans were yelling at him and that he hugged them all. also read that big time 4 star TX OLB Jeffrey Mculloch is also having an amazing time. great things could happen recruiting wise if our irish win tonight
