The lie is accusing me AGAIN of saying something I NEVER said. I never said anything about Shembo other than to correct you once when you said he wasn't accused of sexual assault. Another lie..... he was. Lizzy accused him. But I never did. Innocent until proven guilty.

He was basically accused of being on second base with a girl and not stopping when she said stop. As to whether the Shembo situation was part of what caused her to commit suicide, we will never know. She had a documented history of mental health issues before ever coming to Saint Mary's. So simply assuming that it did or did play a part is folly.

I'll leave the pigheadedness to the many Argus clones and admit you're right. From memory I thought it was rape but it was "just" sexual battery. In either case it doesn't change that before college he physically assaulted his girlfriend and a teacher in separate incidents over a multiple year period them was "accused" of sexual assault in college and no murdered his ex girlfriends dog by kicking it to death for literally no reason. So he's still a textbook "great guy" who's been coddled his whole life and probably couldn't have gotten into the worst four year college in America let alone Notre Dame.
