Jack has yet to endorse Kelly

Some things are said and some things aren't said. I've played a lot of sports. All kinds, football , baseball, basketball, hockey. When you are on a losing team as a player you question what you are doing as to whether it is working or not. Players are going up say all the right things in public. But believe me , I bet they are talking amongst themselves about the direction of the team. Take Kizer as example. He looked so disengaged on the sideline after he was pulled. Did he look like a player who has " bought in" ? Look at the body language of the players when they are on the field. There is no swagger. After Kizer threw the pick 6 you could see the entire team just deflate as if to say " here we go again" . Whether they say it or not, I see players that do not believe in what they are doing. Sure, they compete but there is no fire, no attitude. That Stanford game really pissed me off. That team and their coach have a disdain for ND that really no other team, ( maybe BC) has. That was evident when one of the coaches after the game said " bye bye" to Kelly. Totally classless. But this is where they are as a program under Kelly. They need a complete change and a coach who can bring back that swagger. Go watch Lou Holtz's speech from 1986 before his first game against Michigan. He said there's on thing we want and that's respect. Right now there is no respect for the Irish. As a fan and I hope as a player or coach that would bother you. This program needs a major overhaul but I'm not sure it's going to happen anytime soon.

entire team including the coaches.
look completely exhausted and defeated. never seen this.
They completely lost their heart...

How can PTB allow this to ever happen?

This is not a down year.. this is football culture problem....
Something just stinks so badly... Everything needs to fall on BK...

Success or failure...
it's all on him....
