Should be a relatively easy win … but you never know.

At this stage in the season, strange things happen.

Go Irish!

they had a couple of stretches where they didn't look good but overall not a bad first half. can't wait until sunday for the DePaul game. we have to play way better than we did in our 94-93 win against them earlier in the year

I see Muffett gave a lot of the girls a rest. Started emptying the bench with more than 7 minutes left in the game.

Even players like Thompson, who has rarely seen the floor this year, got significant playing time.

yeah I missed most of the second half because here in Indiana espn took us away from the game when we got the lead to the high twenties and took us to another game so I then got mad and turned off the tv and started reading a good book on the irish 88 national title team

btw IrishHerb I just read a post from some guy on another board that was at the Purcell for both games tonight and he was saying that our irish should win by twenty plus pts sunday because he said that DePaul has no inside presence on offense or defense from what he saw being there. we'll see come sunday I guess

Didn't know ESPN moved away from the ND game, since I was watching it on ESPN3 on my computer. Am at daughter's house and she really doesn't have a TV in the house. But I also find that I can get almost every game somehow on a computer and one on, they DON'T move away til the game is over.

As for Sunday's game against DePaul … I see that one of DePaul's players who played a significant role in our earlier meeting is injured and is not available. So now they basically play 5 guards. ND with 2 bigs on the floor, should be able to control things inside, but can we stop them … they seem to still be able to score at a fairly high rate.

Was there for both games. DePaul had no answer for Minnesota's one big, then well into the second half, they turned on their speed. Without that change in tempo, it was over at halftime.

Irish will have pick up their game to get passed final four.

well raycyrx lets hope that turner can give trouble inside then. not having her in our last meeting with them hurt us a little
