Agreed, However, Father Jenkins agreed to whatever sanctions the NCAA was going to impose PRIOR to the NCAA findings/decision.

That had to be one of the worst positions that anyone under investigation could take, it was a horrible decision, naive at best, downright reckless and irresponsible in reality.
