We are about to find out what this years 2017 Notre Dame football team is all about in the next two weeks. They beat USC and NC State back to back weeks and I'll be a believer that they can make a run to the College Football playoffs. Do I think they would stand a chance vs Bama?? Heck no but that would be a heck of a turn around season to be in the conversation.
Lose both of these next two games and I think we will be looking at 7-5 or 8-4 and everybody here will forget the promise of the early season and start with the fire Kelly posts again. Split these next two and I think 9-3 is attainable.
If Wimbush is healthy and the passing game has improved I feel they can win these next two games. One thing I do know for sure is it's going to be a hell of a lot of fun to watch.
