You really do struggle to come up with anything to say.
But this is kind of fun, like soccer hooligans or something. Right before the European Cup final, and the hardcore ultra fans are scuffling outside the stadium. Not full on brawling, but they got that crazy energy in 'em. Gettin' all tribal and shit. Ready to take a swing at anybody that says the wrong thing. And of course the big bogeyman BK, who is truly a pathological hate figure for ND fans without any doubt, gets name-dropped. Enemy of the state!
I was comparing Ohio St and Penn St. Ohio St secondary is not far behind ND's, but I agree that ND's is better.
Our corners are better. Your safeties are a little better because of Downs. Overall, I would take ours by a small margin. If we had our best player it would be us by a solid amount
You should probably do a little research and see exactly who OSU is starting, their talent level, how many starts each player has, and check some of the pass defense stats. OSU is going to have 4 secondary players drafted in April, and a 5th next year in Caleb Downs.
I've watched the games. I know both teams. Igbinosin holds constantly. He leads cfb in holding/PI. Burke is really good but he was better last year and is a little banged up. Your backup got beat for a touchdown last game

What if he transferred to ND, the blue and gold? He might transfer to LSU, they desperately need a safety, and they think they're getting one from the portal once the playoffs are done. And he's the only marquee name left. I think he's going to hit the portal. Win or lose....
Agreed. The ND secondary room is loaded even without a healthy Morrison. I'd give a slight edge to Downs over Watts but it's minimal at best.

Alright, then. Confidence is high! 100%, that's about as high as you can get. Maybe 110%? But that's just a cute saying. We'll probably keep it in house and go with Mike Mickens, which sounds good to me. He's about ready for the next step up one would think.
Still though, all the more reason to seize the moment. Or at least for the defense to absolutely play the game of their lives, not that they haven't been doing that. Frustrating, with his kid going to ND, you're thinking, dude, just stay for three more years, it's perfect-o! ND could totally go on a Holtz-esque run and win a championship, if not this year then in the near future. But I guess he's not getting any younger. Time to make your move if you got any particular ambitions.
