ND's defense needs better athletes all around BUT most importantly we need-----"GAME WRECKERS"!!! One or more players that can WIN a game with a big play. Hopefully we just signed them and will sign more.

Just watched SR year highlights of Khalid Kareem on youtube. Kid is a monster. I know nothing of him other than what I saw in the below video, but he looks extremely promising.

Not ready. Defense will be a joke next year. Offense will be average at best. 7-5 record.

Those 2 definitely have the size and athletic ability to get on the field immediately, especially since they enrolled early. However, Hayes shoulder is a concern and we don't know how much strength and conditioning is needed for them to be able to handle a 60 minute ball game. Kareem may need to put on more weight as well. At very least I'm hoping to see those 2 on special teams and/or situational downs such as 3rd and long. Imagine having these two fresh bodies come in and rush the passer.
