I look at it two ways. I don't see how this UConn dominance is good for the sport. I feel the same way about Alabama. A fan gets worn out hearing and reading about Uconn and The Tide and starts to tune out. On the other hand, winning is not UConn or Bama's problem and they should not feel guilty about it. It's the problem of opposing programs. It is up to the other programs to figure out how to beat these dynasties. If the Irish ladies can't get it done against UConn, then I check out and a complete apathy sets in about the title game.
