Elite 2025 TE Nate Roberts is Irish

Any concern with his size? Listed at 6’4”, that means he’s actually 6’3”. Seems like TE’s these days are all running 6’6” to 6’8”.

Ask Alabama, Ohio State, Georgia, Clemson, Penn State, Oklahoma, and Michigan, who all offered.

If he’s class of 2025 then he’s probably 16 years old and not done growing. There can’t be many 6’8” 16 year old TEs are out there.

Why do you say the 2025 recruiting class "...may be the best of all?"
Good start. We're in a good position with a lot of kids early. Big season this year is expected will get the 25 classes attention

I mean seriously, he has not started his jr year of HS. A verbal at this point means what?
"A verbal at this point....." means a heck of a lot.

The vast vast majority of Notre Dame verbal commitments sign with Notre Dame.

We have more high ranked players visiting in the 2025 class and with high interest in ND than the 2024 class according the IB yesterday. Maybe that’s where he heard it.

He comes from a devout Catholic family and grew up a ND fan. His brother goes to Baylor. His parents were college athletes. They did their homework and he’s visited just about every big school in the country including Ohio State, Bama, Georgia, OK, and Michigan. This was a calculated and well thought decision. I think this is a CJ Carr type kid and belongs at ND. This is a highly unlikely to flip type kid based on who he is and why he picked ND.

Top 5 guy at his position and looking forward to his ND career, but in this environment/era no matter how good a kid might seem fit-wise, you just never know what college might come calling, and how much "incentive" might follow. No prospects with a lot of offers/demand is a lock at ND right now.

You're full of shit. The vast vast majority of verbal commitments to Notre Dame stay with Notre Dame. Of course there are decommitments, every school has them. To make a possible decommitment your response is simply low rent, which is how you operate on this site consistently.

That's because the vast majority of commitments to ND in recent times are rather ordinary prospects. Minus an exception here or there, the prospects with a lot of demand/pursuers don't even look at ND these days, and have been a real struggle to get/hang on to which is reflected in the results on the field (ordinary).

What you should do today is call Get Nasty and get together to watch the US Open and share Notre Dame stories. You two would have a great afternoon.

KNEW the scumbag would show up with something nasty to say....

And with about as much cred as Jack the Ripper talking about being safe at night in the city
