No matter what the outcome is in any game, don't blame your players publicly. That is when the players will turn their backs on you.

In the 80s- 90s days you could do that, but not modern times. Times have changed.

Coach Kelly is right about one thing however; I've coached for over 10 years and if their is one thing you can't Coach, it is Heart! Either you have it or you don't. There is a plague on this team and idk if it's players or coaching but there is something that is causing a lack of fire on the field. Need to find it and rid of it Kelly or Swarbrick. Never blame it on players though.
